Perpetual Agency Pte Ltd is a licensed general insurance agent with its principals being Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd, QBE Insurance (international) Ltd and Axa Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd.

Perpetual Agency Pte Ltd was acquired by GMH in 2008 as part of its strategy to offer a complete range of financial solution to its personal and corporate clients. Even more important is the decision of Mr Johhny Lee and Joyce Cheong to remain with the Company. His extensive experience and over 40 years of service in the General Insurance business provides PAPL (formerly known as Kenika Associates (Pte) Ltd) with a major competitive advantage in providing knowledge and direction. Mr Lee's contact with the various insurance companies is invaluable to PAPL.
